My friend can't come to Woodlands and I want to buy their ticket - can I do this? One ticket is one entry. The ticket can only be redeemed once. When registering, please register under the name of the original ticket holder.
Is the campsite BYO? No - we abide by the new camping regulations, so Woodlands is a non-BYO campground., We have the same rules as R&V.
Does your campsite have a bar? No, we no longer offer a bar but R&V have a great selection of bars which all our campers can attend.
How many cars can we bring in? We encourage you to fill your car and travel together to avoid overcrowding of cars in the camp grounds car park. The car park is situated less than 500m from your campsite :)
Paying for purchases? For your convenience, AWOP is available at Woodlands as well as EFTPOS.
Can I pick up my R&V wristband at the campsite? No, all R&V tickets need to be swapped for the R&V wristband at the festival check-in. We recommend you do this within in plenty of time of the Festival, as there can be large crowds and queues during peak periods.
What is AWOP? AWOP is the currency used at Rhythm and Vines. AWOP is part of your R&V festival pass which you get when you redeem your ticket at the site in town.
Do I have to pay for the facilities ie showers? No showers are included. We also have a powder room available and tractor rides to the festival.
Can I charge my phone? Yes - just a gold coin donation to charge your phone.
Is there a laundry? No.
Where is the closest shop? We have a shop onsite selling a range of food including cold drinks, hot pies. We are also a 10 minute drive into town where you can get supplies, coffee etc.
Who owns this place? Your hosts are Geordie and Caroline Witters who own and run Woodlands Camping.
Is this camp part of R&V? No, but we are great mates with the R&V team and their closest neighbours.

Who do I speak to if I have a problem? Woodlands have friendly onsite staff available 24 hours. Head to the Check-In to find them if you have any questions, or see any of our security guards.
How do I get to R&V? You can walk through the vines which takes about 5 minutes.
What time do you open and close? We open at 10.00am on the 28th December and close on the 1st of January at midday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
WE WILL NOT PERMIT THE ENTRY OF ATTENDEES WHO BREAK THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND MAY EJECT THOSE WHO BREAK THE RULES WITH NO REFUNDS PROVIDED.
No antisocial or threatening behaviour to other campers or staff, or behaviour deemed to be in violation of the intent of these T&Cs.
No misrepresentation as a member of staff or security.
No construction or attempts to do so of any form of fire, bonfire or naked flame.
No gross intoxication.
No animals allowed onsite.
No use of illicit drugs or illegal substances.
Woodlands Campground is R18. We may require that proof of ID be presented at any time.
Items found that may be deemed to be in violation of these conditions of entry will be surrendered or risk eviction from the site. These include but are not limited to:
Alcohol
Illicit drugs or illegal substances
Fireworks
Weapons
Lasers
Any forms of glass, including glass containers and/or drinking vessels
BBQ’s
Material to construct fires or weapons
Other dangerous items
Any other item that management determines may cause injury or public nuisance or inconvenience to any other person
Attendees must allow authorised staff to search their clothes, bags, containers and cars.
Participating in dangerous or violent activities may result in being asked to leave Woodlands.
There is no longer a licensed bar area on site, Woodlands is an alcohol free campsite.
